VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

NEW FOR THE ‘19 – ‘20 SCHOOL YEAR

Effective August 12, 2019, all East Allen County Schools facilities will be implementing a new visitor management protocol.  This process will apply to any visitor that intends to enter our buildings through the front office.  
If you are not leaving the office area, you will not be required to obtain a visitor badge.

You will be asked to provide a State issued Driver’s License or ID card (if you do not have a State issued ID, please bring any form of identification that would assist us in entering your information)

Your ID will be scanned and run ONLY against the national sex offender registry and against any internal EACS trespassed/banned lists

Once the scan of your ID is complete, our receptionist will take your photo and print out a visitor badge with your picture and information

When your visit has concluded, please return to the reception desk and “check out” by returning your visitor badge

This program should not significantly impact the amount of time you would normally spend when you check in to visit, volunteer, or pick up your child early due to illness, outside appointments, etc.
